This privacy policy explains what data LeadRescue AI collects when you visit getleadrescueai.com or run a Pilot with us, why we collect it, and how it is stored and shared.
Who we are
LeadRescue AI is operated from 200 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, France. We can be reached at raph@leadrescueoutreach.com.
What we collect on this website
- Information you submit through the audit form — your name, email, company, website, monthly lead volume, lead source, and a short description of your follow-up problem.
- Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer. These are kept by our hosting provider (Vercel) for routine operations and abuse prevention.
- Cookies — minimal. We don't run third-party analytics today. If we add Plausible or another privacy-friendly analytics tool later, it will be cookieless or use a first-party cookie that doesn't track you across sites.
Third-party processors
To operate the service, we share data with a small number of vendors:
- Web3Forms — receives audit-form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
- Brevo — used to send outreach and onboarding emails. Subject to Brevo's privacy policy.
- Stripe — processes Pilot, Growth and Scale payments. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies.
- Vercel — hosts this website and serves it from a content delivery network.
Why we collect it
To respond to audit requests, deliver Pilot reports, process payments, and operate the service. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Audit form submissions are kept for 24 months from your last interaction with us. Stripe transaction records are kept for as long as French and US tax law requires (typically 10 years for accounting purposes). You can request deletion of non-financial data at any time by emailing us.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold on you.
- Correction — ask us to fix anything that's wrong.
- Deletion — ask us to delete non-financial data.
- Portability — ask for a machine-readable export.
- Objection — opt out of email outreach by replying "remove" to any of our messages, or by emailing us directly.

Updates
If this policy changes materially we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and email anyone who has shared their address with us through the Pilot.
