Terms of Service

By starting a Pilot or subscribing to Growth or Scale, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and readable. If anything's unclear, email us and we'll explain.

Who we are

LeadRescue AI is operated from 200 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, France. "We", "us" and "LeadRescue AI" refer to the operator. "You" or "customer" refers to the home-service company purchasing the service.

What we deliver

• Pilot — $750 one-time, 14 days. Setup, configuration, training, weekly reporting. One lead source connected. Measurable goal: recover unanswered leads.
• Growth — $1,500/month. Up to 3 lead sources, SMS + email + voicemail-drop follow-up, CRM sync, quote nudges, monthly strategy call.
• Scale — $2,000/month. Unlimited lead sources, multi-location routing, custom qualifying scripts, WhatsApp and voice receptionist, dedicated success manager.

Payment, billing and refunds

All payments are processed through Stripe and shown in US dollars. Recurring tiers (Growth, Scale) bill monthly on the date of first charge. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal — no contract, no early-termination fee. Pilot setup fees are non-refundable once setup work has started.

What's required from your side

• Access to the one lead source (form, phone system, CRM) we agree to connect.
• Approval of the SMS templates before they go live.
• A contact at your business available for setup questions during the first week.

SMS compliance

Outbound SMS sent on your behalf complies with TCPA / 10DLC requirements. All messages include a STOP option, and we honour opt-outs immediately. You retain ownership of your contact list at all times.

Service limitations

LeadRescue AI is a follow-up and recovery system. It improves response speed and quote cadence — it does not generate new leads, and it cannot guarantee a specific revenue lift. The audit and Pilot dashboards estimate recoverable pipeline conservatively and clearly mark every figure as illustrative.

Liability

Our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you've paid to LeadRescue AI in the 90 days preceding any claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost leads, business interruption).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, with disputes handled by the courts of Paris.

Changes

If we change these terms we'll update the date at the top and email active customers at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
